Grilled Thai Chicken
Ingredients- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
 - 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
 - 3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
 - 1.5 Tablespoons Curry Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 - Chopped Cilantro
 
Directions
- Marinate Chicken in fish sauce, curry powder, canola oil, and black pepper overnight.
 - Grill Breasts till cooked through, or dice up and stir-fry.
 - Top with chopped cilantro.
